These Terms govern your use of Enlightenso, provided by App Visionaire, a trading name of XIMPL V.O.F. (KvK 54303613), Gravin Juliana van Stolberglaan 31, Unit S0875, 2263AB Leidschendam, Netherlands.

1. The Service

Enlightenso provides a daily curated saying with contextual, historical, and reflective content. A Free tier provides the daily anchor with basic context. A Premium tier unlocks additional depth (origins, critical perspectives, meditation/journaling/coaching prompts, emotional and behavioral analysis) and additional features (vault, archive).

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed through Freemius, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Freemius handles all billing, EU VAT, and invoicing on our behalf; we do not process or store your payment details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

3. Right of Withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract. Because Premium access to digital content begins immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge that by starting your subscription you consent to immediate performance and, to the extent digital content has already been supplied, waive your withdrawal right in accordance with Art. 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. You may still cancel future renewals at any time as described below.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period, after which it will not renew. Refund requests are handled per Freemius’s standard refund policy — use our support form to start a request.

5. Liability

Enlightenso is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be noted with an updated “Last Updated” date.
